wk1- 4lbs ,wk2- 4 1/2lbs, wk3- stayed the same, wk4- stayed the same, wk-5 5 1/2lbs, wk6- 1/2 on *week, wk7- 1lb on, wk8-3 1/2 off, wk9- 1/2 on, wk10- 2 1/2 off wks 11+12- 2 1/2 off. wk13-2lb ON!
