Yeah Im gonna give myself a week on it and see how I get on. I wasnt drinking enough water while I was away so getting stuck into it today, I was drinking 4litres a day before I went away. Do you think there would `be any harm if maybe I replaced the lunchtime bar with a tuna salad an odd day (would work out less calories than the bar). Im finding that the brekkie bar keeps me going til lunch then have another bar and Im hungry soonafter. Had the soup yday and its not as satisfying as the bar I have to say. Having grilled chicken breast with salad tonight for my dinner.
