It depends on so many things. If you want a very quick weight loss you could try Cambridge or Lighter Life, but theyre very strict and totally take food out the equation.
If you can handle a slightly slower loss and would prefer to still enjoy your food then maybe Weight Watchers or Slimming World would be better for you. Theyre both very different though, so again it depends on your lifestyle and what you prefer.
