I lost 7lbs over 4 weeks back in february/march time while calorie counting to 1355 a day (the value WLR told me). I had calorie counted to a higher value for 4 weeks before hand but not lost anything. Then lost 3lbs in the first week after dropping it! I did this through the Boots New Years Resolution 'Change One Thing' website, which i loved.
Then my dissertation deadline loomed. And the 12 weeks that the Boots diary runs for ran out. And I had nothing to keep track of my intake. So 7lbs back on.
So now it's coming up to Reading Festival, and I want to be able to wear the clothes that I bought last year which now cling to my belly bulge which I hate. And I feel self-conscious in the rest of my clothes and I have no money or inclination to buy new bigger ones. The bulge has got to go!
