lets have this as a thread to keep eachother motivated! I cant start till next week as we havent any money but i would love to hear how people are getting on?
I lost 3stone but went a bit mad and went on hoilday and had a few breaks it totally messed me up so now i have gained a stone and restarted with a clean slate lost 7lbs this week so doing good and im back in the zone 17.9at the mo.

Im getting married the 1st aug09 im 22 will be 23 in sept and live in ireland in the middle of nowhere to be honest!!! My heaviest weight was 20.6 i dont actually know what i want to get to my ticker is set to 12stone but i cant remember ever been slim so i think i will know when i get there

I am 27 years old Girl/woman and live in sutton in surrey
I weigh 15.7 and want to try and be 10 for my wedding. ( i was 11.7 on my 21st birthday and thought i was a heffer!!!)
