Start: 19st 5lb ..... Current: 10st 3lb ..... Initial Target: 10st 5lb Have been 'eating less, exercising more' since early in 2007. Haven't got a final target in mind, but as they asked for one for my ticker, decided to go for 10st 5lb for starters, and then see what happens as I get closer to it! |
