Hi all 160lbs to lose here

Just realised this is for slimming clubs after mastering the site and im actually doing Cambridge but i'll leave it here either way.

Hi all, just introducing myself on here, been on the century page already.
My names badger because of my greys, i'm a 28yr bloke(oops, spotted the "ladies" at the top) in need of losing weight, main concern was health issues and ofcourse i'd like to be smaller, im 6 foot and have a target of 13 stone although think i'd be happy in the 14s but we'll tackle that when we come to it.
I'm doing ss+ on cambridge and have touch wood started well. Will be honest ive never dieted in my life or even thought about what went down my mouth(typical male hey) beer 2 or 3 nights a week followed by a takeaway but as soon as simple things started getting harder I thought ive got to do something, Had a browse around google as you do and came across Icemooses lighter life/cambridge blog, he looked a different person so after 3 months plucked up the courage to call a cdc and within 10 days had started. Got my 7th weigh in on thursday and up till now have officially lost 32lbs so its going well, looks like a good week again this week after a lower last week down to flu I think. Feeling great and noticeably lighter, smaller and fitter and have even had the crosstrainer out the garage and using that every day, dropped 2 jean sizes and lost an x off my top half and wearing clothes I had thought would never fit. Its a great diet which id recomend to all, make sure your head is right in it and you will lose well no problem.
