| Ok, ive needed to help people with motivational issues before!
What you need to do is write on a piece of paper what you want... for example..
- I want to be Slim
- I want to be Sexy
- I want *insert what u want here*
Then say them out loud to yourself.. (this triggers nuerons in your brain, and eventually you will carry them out)
you should do that every day.
ALSO.. you should get a big mirror, and look at your self naked (or in underwear) every day, and just look.. just think how thin you could be if you tried.. beat yourself up about how you look....
But be carefull, do not beat yourself up to the point that you dont have any hope.. you just want to get the message to your head that you are not as slim and sexy as you would want.
Dnt forget to keep reading what you wrote (what you wanted) every day.
Besides the psychological motivation, you need physical motivation too.. if you have a healthy eating plan, and regular excersises, with both HIIT, and wieghts, then you will see a difference, a physical differece, even if its gradual, but that will motivate you..
NOW an important thing is NOT to weigh yourself... for one reason that you have no idea what the actual weight means, because your not a doctor, and another reason is that your wieght goes up and down several pounds every time you eat, dtink, go to the toilet, ect ect...
So what do you have to do... KEEP LOOKIN in the mirror, do not weight yourself. it wont mean anything. Wait till you really really think you have lost weight, i.e, you look different in the mirror.
