Hi all
Very good day today. Have managed to stay under my total, and even had a few chips!! I purchased a dietplate today. Some difference in what I thought I could have and what I should have!!!!
Although, I did have some "bits" of roast lamb while i was carving, so maybe not so good there!!! lol.
Back tomorrow.
