No drama from me, just a small bit of disappointment, thats all.

Weeks 1-4 ~ -23lbs
Weeks 5-8 ~ 12lbs
Weeks 9-12 ~ 5lbs..heart wasn't in it.
Week 13 ~ -4lbs 3 stone gone, and over halfway there now, yay!!
Week 14 ~ -1lb (TOTM, stressed and ate )
Week 15 (my scales as CDC away) ~ -3lbs in the 13's
