| It has been a busy week, unfortunately the weather has been bad so no more cycling. Weight at 9st9.25 this morning after an UD, so might be losing a bit. I haven't been as strict as I might either so any loss is pleasing.
Joanne, I hope you haven't gained during your country week, and have still enjoyed the break. I'd love to plan another holiday but until I find out what is happening at work I can't make any decisions. The agency think I might hear next week, not counting chickens though.
