Same here...I thought the opposite would be true, then I read the packet properly LOL. I want to take my ducolax, but am not going to. I'm going to give them a proper trial first.

Atkins 6lbs lost.

UNDER WEIGHT TARGET

1st Jan 09 re-starting diet. Have gained 10lbs since finishing the diet.
