| New to this - where to start? Hi I started LL last year and lost 4 stone, I've now but 2 back on and want to loose the 2 again I don't want to go back to LL and would prefer a healthy eating plan so I get used to it. Can I ask for some advice on how to get started? I've gone to Sainsburys this morning and bought some food, low cal snack bars and crisps, is it as simple as adding all the calories together? and keeping a tally? Thanks Helen

Goal 6 - To see a difference in myself Goal 7 - To maintain day by day Goal 8 - To get under 200lbs Goal 9 - To shed a stone yay!!
