I'm Lissy I was doing Slim Fast but 1. I want a permanent life change not just a quick fix and 2. I've heard some bad things about too much Vitamin A causing osteoporosis later in life if you have more than the RDA, and there's 102% of your RDA in the 2 daily shakes alone not to mention any extra I may be getting from my 600cal evening meal!
So how do I do this? On SF I was having 2 x 255 calorie shakes and 1 600 Calorie meal which is 1110 calories. My weight as of this morning is 23.2 Stone
