Wonder if a more gentle fibre supplement would help. Like fibresure or something. Or perhaps you have to feel bunged up to give you that full feeling??

Looking forward to seeing the week 1 weigh in. Hope it works for you.

Oh...BTW, the pound loss. Has the lipobind helped your appetite? Do you think you have decreased the amount you eat because of the full feeling, or do you think that the lipobind has stopped some of the fat being digested (or whatever it does)? Mixture of the two...or maybe just a body fluctuation??

Guess we'll find out at the end of week 1
