| I've eaten loads. I've not eaten less food because of the lipobind.......for sure.
I have some form of chocolate daily. I'm not 'pigging out', but am eating what I want. I've not had any takeaways or anything like that, but I'm having three square meals a day, plus snacks (and sometimes supper too!!). In the past I would have gained eating what I am eating. This week I'm going to stick to eating like this, then from Sunday (that will be when I weigh myself officially) I'm going to watch the fat intake for a week. Not diet as such, but do a week of eating a bit more carefully.
I think it works guys. I know that my weight would have gone up by at least a lb eating all the food I've eaten, but its not its gone down by a lb.
I'm not weighing myself until Sunday. If I can keep this lb off eating what I have, then I'm placing a further order as it means they are fantastic for maintaining.
p.s.....I've been to the loo. All normal on the western front, maybe a bit more loose (sorry guys TMI I know). |
