Thanks Dancing, I think I'm quite lucky that I've never really eaten bread. I have toast on very special occasions and If i ever have sandwiches it's at other peoples houses so it's easy to avoid Actually rely heavily on frozen fruit for snacks. Grapes are amazing frozen, as are peach cubes and apples
