 back off holiday :D
Hey! Am back off holiday! (got to a size 18 before i went! woohoo!) been back a week now and am going to re-start cambridge tomorrow! Was gonna be Monday cos I wanted a sunday roast, but I can't wait, feel depressed cos I've put a fair bit on and I feel uncomfy and sweaty! Not looking forward to restart but hopefully I want to lose weight that much it shouldnt be soooo hard!!! My o/h has decided not to bother restarting so..,. i'm on my own! Really dont wanna mess this up a> its too expensive to waste b> am gettin married next year and <c> my sis is doing slimming world and I wanna beat her results...know I can with CD its just the motivation!! Hope you have all been doing well on CD and your goals are coming into view! All the new pix i've seen have been so inspiring...keep it up!!
oh...i stopped cd 1 month before holiday!! (idiot) and have now put on 12lbs! (had maintained until 3 days before holiday and was eating normally, but then i started on the chocolate, crisps and take aways!) so 12lbs is real good!!!
Will be back soon, to chat n stuff,,,or cry depending on how well i;ve done!!
