| The only answer I do not like is the one about stress, everyone gets stressed to some degree about something.
Personally I think a certain amout of stress within a role is a positive thing, it is how you use this - eg if you have a very short time span to do a job an element of stress will come into it, however you may turn this round to speed up how you perform your job & meet the necessary timescale.

Also, an accountants way of calculating 17.5% is the number x 7/40!! But this is probably even more confusing!
