| Mushroom & Tarragon sauce Ingredients ½ tin Campbells Condensed fat free Mushroom Soup Handful of mushrooms ¼ onion finely chopped Some chopped fresh tarragon ½ tablespoon olive oil Method Heat oil in pan add onions and mushrooms and cook until browned. Add soup, bring to a boil then simmer very gently for a few mins Add tarragon and serve. |
