| The tinned fruit in the 7 day plan is meant to be a HEX B as there is only one other HEX B that day. (I did this plan a few weeks ago and counted the tin fruit as HEX B). I don't know about the drained/undrained though. I drained mine as I don't particularly like the juice anyway.
