Diet: Maintaining
For me it is not living in fear of putting the weight back on! If you do then you will always be looking over your shoulder and worrying about what you are eating.

I enjoy being slim too much to put weight on but I never live in fear of it.

And as I have said before the biggest thing for me was getting rid of the emotional benefit I was getting from food as my weapon of choice for comfort, boredom, stress, good day, bad day etc etc.
