 eurodiet
well...used to do the cambridge diet but hated the monoteny of it, also had a rather large break, have had my mirena removed and decided that i needed to start again...so i found the eurodiet and have started it today..
i have discovered that i hate the chocolate crisy cereal, but the omelette and the praline bar and the crisp bar is lovely......
tommorow is a bar for breakfast, tomato soup for lunch and paella for tea.....yum |
