| DAY 3 Today is day 3 for me. Physically I havent been feeling good. Very headachy, and tired, but getting through it. I tried the cafe latte this morning, and loved it. Def one of my favorites, and then the vanilla for lunch, which again was grand!! Did really well today. I had the shake, then I had some cherry toms and a hardboiled egg for snack, vanilla shake for lunch, and 1.5 slices lf cheese for snack, and a small steak with stirfry veg for dinner. I have to admit I have just had 2 tspns of lowfat coffee mate with my coffee, but hey. I did so well today, I was at my sons rowing regatta this morn, and they had bbq burgers, and although the smell was lovely I really wasnt tempted.
I have just read through the book and it says that eggs should be kept to 1-2 per wk, 2 a portion. Doesnt seem a lot. Have to say, I like to have one as a snack, as they are filling and good source of protein.
My clothes are definitely feeling looser, but yes I know that it is mostly water weight, but still feels good.
Anyhoo, back tomorrow.
