Can anyone help me.
I did the cambridge diet last year and lost 3 stone in 12 weeks
BUT stopped it and put it all back on and more
. I can not afford to restart it and was thinking of doing slim fast SO the question is, is it the same thing and will the weight come off as fast. The reason being I am 40 in 8 weeks and have a party booked and I look like a beached whale so I need results FAST.
Can anyone help me
