My Mood:  Diet: Xenical...low fat Height: 5' 5" Start Date: 21/04/07 Start Weight: 298lb Current Weight: 222lb BMI Information: Current BMI: 36.9 Start BMI: 49.6 Goal BMI: Statistics: Total Weight Loss: 76lb % Lost 25.5% | I've just looked at the side effects listed on my packet and this is what it says....
"The majority of unwanted side effects related to the use of Xenical result from local action in your digestive system. These commonly include : urgent or increased need to open the bowels, flatulence (wind) with discharge, oily discharge and oily or fatty stools.
These symptoms are generally mild, occur at the begining of treatment, go away after some time and are particularly experienced after meals containing high levels of fat. Normally these symptoms disappear if you continue treatment and keep your recommended diet. "
I've had no side effects at all and I've been on Xencial since April. Could your diet have been a bit higher in fat than you thought on Friday?
