| Well i had my son 8th march and i started casually dieting and cutting back about a month after. I reached the 2 stone mark begining of july but ive had a rubbish few weeks so have stayed the same but back on the wagon now and lost 2 pounds this week. So all in all it took me around 3 1/2 months |
