Atty, thats ok, I know what you mean, but I need a good boost before I go back to eating 3 healthy meals, so as not to give up again. I am enjoying this and I know my body prefers it when I cut back on wheat etc, so its a good thing for me at the moment.
Today has gone v well, if slightly not to plan. I always get v peckish when Im driving, so was glad to have brought cherry tomatoes, strawberries and an apple for snacks. We had to kill half an hour and DP was hungry, so we were at a service station which did food. Now I had a bar which I had intended to have, but then decided to have the bar as an evening meal instead, so had a small grilled chicken breast with lettuce, tomatoes, cuke, peppers and red onion, with mayo. I also had cup of tea. Holy cow was I hungry by the time we got back home, (half hour ago), so I decided to have my aft snack with my bar. I had a small tin of tuna, and lettuce, tomatoes, 1/4 small avocado, cukes and a little bit of lf mayo. The bar is tres sweet, but alright really.
Anyway, I am so wound up about tomorrows weigh in. I am so worried that I wont have lost what I am hoping which is 7lbs. I have to say if I havent I will be disappointed, but know I have def lost, so I have to get my head around the fact that this is not going to be instant.
