1. To get through the 4 pre diet days 5-8th Jan - Done
2. To get though Day 1 of SS
3. To get though Day 3 of SS
4. To get though Week 1 of SS
5. To loose 7lbs
6. To loose 14lbs

Pre diet -5lbs
Wk 1
