Yes Im happy with that. Sneakily I did think a little more as I had lost 4lbs by day 3, but no, I am happy with that result. I will have achieved my half stone off by my birthday (prob only to undo it all over again), I will try not to by the way.
Anyway, Today I am going to have choc for brek, strawberry for lunch and chicken breast and stirfry veg for dinner. Snacks will be small apple, and some cherry toms.
And loads of water today.
So will be back later to report in.
By way, felt really really ill after berry fudge bar yest evening, heady and stomachy, but took panadol and was better.
