Sorry to hear about your little girl and the dreaded pox! Great though that she will have had it and will never get it again!

Well, if you are a mummy you know how infinitely amazing you are and how much patience you can have (more than you ever thought you could have pre mummyhood)! Just tap into that increadible reserve of power and apply it to your goal of getting fit, slim and healthy.
Just think of how much more you will be able to do with her like running after footballs without getting out of breath etc.
That one of my main motivators: I want to be an energetic mom, not the one that watches from the side-line as dear hubby does all the active stuff!
