| i will not give up, as i weight in on a saturday morning i do not beat myself up about my lose/lack of and enjoy the rest of the day and have a bottle of wine and nibbles. i am up for the gym for 10am sunday so i know i can work that little bit harder to compensate.i was going to say i hate when people lose like 3 lbs at a time, but that was me last week, how quickly you forget things and dwell on the negatives.
