Breakfast- LT shake (summerfruit)
Lunch- Pita bread toasted, sliced turkey
Tea- 4oz chicken, 1/2 tesco stir-fry pack, onions, tesco chinese stir-fry sauce
(not sure if im allowed it, but it was lovely).
