Diet: Weightwatchers
First morning of weight watchers

Having gratefruit and then weetabix for breakfast.

Pizza for lunch (not the greatest, but it is kids last day before school starts and I promised them)

And I am making watercress and stilton soup for tea (a recipe found on here) sounds yummy

After milk allowance this still leaves me 6.5 points, so will keep them for later as that is when I most often have the munchies.

Start weight : 15 stone 7.5 Ib
Current weight ; 13 stone 8.5 Ib

Goals
1st:Target: september challenage (8 Ibs) DONE
2nd target: to lose 1 stone DONE
3rd target: 10% of bodyweight ( 1st 8.5Ib)DONE
4th target: christmas challenge (21 pounds) DONE
5th target: Valentines challenge 8lbs
6th target; Lose 2 stone by July 20th
