The reason my GP wouldn't sign is basically cos he "doesn't believe in VLCD".
I have so much to say on this subject but I'm afraid it will turn into a rant so I'll just keep calm instead - the private homeopathic doc signed it and it's been sent to my counsellor. YAY!! All systems go !
