WEEK5: -?? 10/9/08 On holiday so didnt weight myself.
WEEK6: +6.5lb 17/9/08 Ate while on holiday so expected it.
WEEK7: -14lb 24/9/08

WEEK8: -7lb 1/10/08
WEEK9: -7lb 8/10/08
WEEK10: -4lb 15/10/08
WEEK11: -2.5lb 22/10/08
WEEK12: -5.5lb 29/10/08
WEEK13: -2lb 5/11/08 4 Stone off in 3 months
WEEK14: -4lb 12/11/08 60 lb's OFF
