| Hi Smurf, looks like you are doing ok – it took me ages to learn how start a new thread and then I posted it in the middle of someone else’s…..oops.
I did the CD diet and lost nearly two stone in about 5 weeks – I think. That was despite being ill and having to sugary cough medicine and having a few breaks.
I had an op 8 weeks ago and have to wait until 3 months post op before I can start again – can’t wait.
Good luck with your weight loss and on the site. I find it brilliant inspirational and helpful.
