Just had lunch.

Leek and potato.

Not too bad for a cuppa soup!!!, but watching DD with a roast chicken sandwich and DS with a sausage sandwich is a joke. Thank goodness they go back to school on Monday. And really funny realizing that i would normally have eaten DD's crusts and the bit of sausage that falls on the chopping board.
I might yet have to tie my hands behind my back.

I might yet have to tie my hands behind my back. __________________ Start date 04 September 2008 - Starting weight was 12st 13lbs ( Shock, as i thought that i was about 12st 4lbs ). Next weigh-in scheduled for Monday 12th January. Back on 1200CD with two CD sachets a day. Having moved my goal posts three times, my current goal weight has moved from 9st 10lbs to 9st 7 lbs. l had reached 9st 10lbs, but Xmas & New Year got in the way and i gained weight thru over-indulging. My last WI was 9st 13lbs on 5th January.
