Diet: cambridge diet
Hi

You can follow the Cambridge diet 3 months after giving birth as long as you aren't breast feeding.

So good news is that you only have a couple of weeks and you'll be fine In the meantime it would be worth upping your water intake and slightly cutting down on carbs and fats to get your body ready for when you begin the diet. This will help you be prepared for the diet and also you'll have lost a few pounds in the process

Take care

Tracey
