week 2; -5lbs

12stone 6lb hit one of my mini goals

week 3; -8lbs

now 11stone 12lbs

week 4;-4.5lbs now 11stone7.5lbs

week 5;- 3/4 of a lb now 11stone 6 3/4 lbs

5th of Jan restat at 11stone 8 1/2 (bloody cola relaps)

1st mini goal; lost a stone

done!!
2nd goal. fit into my size 14 jeans comfortable!!

done
3rd get out of overweight bracket
4th mini goal be in size 12
5th mini goal lose 3 stone
6th mini goal lose the 4th stone and the old 4lbs
