Diet: Lipotrim
It there any reason why you are feeling so down. I'm on my happy pills at the mo(anti depress) so I know all about feeling low. Has anyone said something or has anything changed?

You've been doing really amazingly, very inspiring to us newbies. Are you anywhere near totm. Cos it's made me hell this week and I've been all over the place.

Please stay strong, your not moaning. Try and relax, I find trying to keep in mind why I'm on this diet and what I'm trying to look like helps if my focus vanishes, and keep talking,

Start 17.10 stone

Week 1 -8lbs = 17.04 stone
Week 2 -8lbs = 16.10 stone
Week 3 -5.5lb= 16.05 stone

Week 5

Goals
Week 1 to loose 10lbs -- only 8 lbs oops not quite
Week 2 to loose a stone - 16 lbs lost in total woohoo!!!!!
Week 3 to loose 4 lbs -- better than expected
Week 4 to loose 4 lbs --
