| Thanks Wythcy. A lot of that would be glycogen but I need to start somewhere. Actually if I take the weight that I was the GP surgery vs the LL scale, I've only lost half a kilo. No I better not think about that! Scales are different... My face has gotten all hot tonight. Weird!!
