Sorry to hear your suffering mmmwoah, i'm on day 4 now and all is still well.
I have a really horrible taste in my mouth which goes away briefly when i've brushed my teeth, drinks seem to make it worse. My counseller called me today and she said its a gd sign that i'm in ketosis and that i could have a chewy fo 10 seconds lol.
I cant wait til monday which is day 6 and i get weighed again, that way i'll know if this is worth it!
