Diet: Cambridge
Can we have asparagus? (think i read on here that someone has is). What would that come under? What is included in spring greens?

Wk 1: 14st 7.5 (-7.5)
Wk 2: 14st 3 (-4.5)
Wk 3: 14st 1 : 890 plan (-2) 14lbs total loss!!
Wk 4: Holiday - Not on plan
Wk 5: Holiday
- Not on plan
Wk 6: 14st 10 - Oops!! (+ 9lbs) Back to only 5lbs total loss
Wk 7: 14st 3 - Yay!! (-7) total loss 12lbs
Wk 8: 13st 12.5 - (-4.5) Total loss 16.5lbs
Wk 9: 13st 11.5 - (-1) Total loss 17.5lbs (Weighed a day early & later in day - not too worried!)
Wk 10: 13st 8.5 - (-3) Total loss 20.5lbs

Goals:
  1. Lose first stone
  2. Get into size 16 clothes
  3. Get to BMI 30 (12st 7)- to qualify for IVF
