
Weighed in this week to find I'd lost 5lbs in total which has taken me to 49lbs (3.5 stone). I'm so chuffed - even went out for a meal and have the family round - husband cooked a fantastic meal but I stuck to my spag'bol' with peppers and mushrooms and it clearly paid off. Hopefully that's me back on track.
The trousers I bought just 3 weeks ago are now getting baggy - amazing!!!
Have set next weeks target at 4lbs - so here's hoping.
