Welocme and enjoy -you've had a rough time and its time to get positive and get going. I love Lt -its hard but worth it. If you stick 100% you def get the three stone off you by Xmas -and into one of those wardrobes too!

(These are the Official WI results. The Chemist had me at 14st 11lbs but I actually started at slightly over 15st I went back officially after doing two weeks LT )
WK1 + 2 = 12lbs
WI 3 -7.5lbs
WI 4 - 0.25lb
WI 5 -5lbs
WI 6 - 1lb



NEW GOALS:
  • Lose as much weight as possible by the time I go back to uni for my MA on 28/9/09. DREAM weight by then -12 stone.
  • Get into the 10s...
  • Get into the 9s...
  • Get to 9 stone
  • STOP!
