Welocme and enjoy -you've had a rough time and its time to get positive and get going. I love Lt -its hard but worth it. If you stick 100% you def get the three stone off you by Xmas -and into one of those wardrobes too!

(These are the Official WI results. The Chemist had me at 14st 11lbs but I actually started at slightly over 15st I went back officially after doing two weeks LT ) WK1 + 2 = 12lbs

WI 6 - 1lb
NEW GOALS: - Lose as much weight as possible by the time I go back to uni for my MA on 28/9/09. DREAM weight by then -12 stone.
