| Yes, it sounds so scary when you hear that you have to have a medical screen. It's just a yes/no tick chart for different medical conditions. As long as you don't suffer with any then you can start the programme straight away. Quite a few people at my class have pre-exsisting med conditions so they needed to get their doctor to sign a form saying they could do it....the docs signed no problem at all because of the benefits.
When are you thinking of starting? Are you doing it online or via a class ? x
