| I've been doing it for 15 weeks....once you get over the first few weeks it's really not that bad. I've managed to stick to it while on holiday, celebrating my 30th and going to several weddings. The countdown is on for me to finish....if I loose 2 pounds a week I should go onto maintenance the week before Christmas. Ideally I'd like it to happen sooner but just being realistic.
