I ordered 2weeks worth of mealpacks 4 myself and 2 weeks worth 4 my daughter approx 29/30 april and still waiting. My daughter is waiting to start but I am on week 5 so I now have none left. I e-mailed them Friday eventually got a reply today to say thay were looking into it but looking at some of your comments I'm not very hopeful. I'm reluctant to order any more until these arrive. What number are you ringing to speak to someone as I don't seem to be having much luck with the phone?

I've not actually rung them (wouldn't waste my time or money!), just persisted with emails then they've called me -

still just been fobbed off though!

From my own experiece and other posts here, I think you will get better results if you sign up with a consultant. There are several who post here ad have said they are happy to deal with people outside their postcode area. You still order from the website but the order comes from the consultant and they seem tpo deal with problems much more effectively.

Rona is right, take a look at the map n the W8 site and just pick one, we are all happy to deal direct, and of course you only have one person to deal with instead of a whole office. This will tide you over until a new consultant comes into your area, which I am sure will not too many months off (unless you are seriously out in the stick of course LOL)
