Rep Power: 7 ![]() ![]() Diet: W8 | I find the spag bol a little spicy on it's own, so have mushrooms and courgettes with mine. My fave soups are vegetable, then chicken, asparagus and mushroom. Don't like any of the shakes. |

Rep Power: 7 ![]() ![]() | I love the spag bol...It's nice to chew on something. Not keen on any of the soups as they leave a horrible aftertaste. I like the strawberry, vanilla and chocolate shakes.....I tend to half a vanilla packet and half another flavour to get a smoother taste. Of course they taste so much better with ice in the blender x |

Rep Power: 17 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Diet: SW Start Date: 24/6/2010 | Spag bol is excellent without it i'd go mad - I have a double portion most evenings. Re the soups Thai and veg are my favourites and on the shakes toffee is delicious (reminds me of butterscotch angel delight), banana , chocolate, latte & vanilla are good but wild berry and tropical are disgusting (in my opinion). I have tried using the mousse delight it was ok but don't use it often. Also the summer spritz in water is good - wouldn't be without it, but the fruit tea, for me, is too sweet. I haven't tried the savoury drink - can anyone tell me what it is like? Amyway hope that helps - good luck what ever you decide. - Liz |

Because I have started having my Add a Meal at lunch-time, I now have double spag bol for dinner. ![]() Must admit I am not mad on the soups, but I used to have the veg soup for lunch with added veg. I like the chocolate shake and the spag bol best. |
